Agreement

By creating an account or using Cardinal OS, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Cardinal OS. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Beta and availability

Cardinal is currently in beta and is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, pause, or be removed as we learn from real use, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Pricing

Cardinal is free for everyone during the testing period. If pricing is introduced later, it will be transparent, communicated in advance, and never a dark pattern.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no illegal, harmful, infringing or abusive activity; no scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to break security.

Constellations and live rooms

Constellations are shared spaces, and public servers can be joined by people you do not know. Treat everyone in them with respect.

In any channel or voice/video room, do not harass, bully, threaten or impersonate anyone; do not share sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content; and do not share other people's personal information.

Do not record, photograph or re-stream another member's camera, microphone or screen share without their clear permission.

If you create a server you are responsible for it, including what you make public and who you invite. We may remove content, servers or accounts, or suspend access, where they breach these Terms or harm other users.

Anything you post or say in a shared server is visible to its members. Do not put anything there you would not want them to have.

Your content

You own the content you create. You grant GraviQ Studios a limited, worldwide licence to store, process and display it solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to add it.

Content you post in a Constellation is additionally shared with that server's members, and in a public server with anyone who joins it.

Connected services

Your use of the Google Calendar, Notion and Spotify integrations (and any future integrations) is also subject to those companies' own terms and policies.

AI features and no professional advice

Cardinal's AI features can be wrong or incomplete. They support your own judgement and are not medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice. The Life Score is informational only.

AI features carry fair-use limits, including a daily allowance, so the service stays available to everyone. We may change those limits.

Intellectual property

Cardinal OS, the Needle mark, and all related branding and software belong to GraviQ Studios. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraviQ Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Cardinal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: graviqstudios@gmail.com.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; the latest version will always live on this page with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
